Management16 are looking for a new member of their team to a fill a role sitting across both of their label and publishing businesses. This person will need to have the ability to oversee all areas of both businesses but an exciting and ambitious candidate is a priority over previous experience in a similar role. These areas will include A&R, marketing, promotions, sync and administration.
The ideal candidate will have a healthy knowledge of various styles of music. Most notably across Pop, Electronic, Dance and Urban. As well as a very good understanding of DSPs, social media and new media platforms.
The candidate will ideally already have good contacts and relationships within the music industry and will need strong, professional communication skills.
