What you’ll be doing
PPL’s Distribution team is responsible for the management and running of all UK and International distributions. As the Distribution Coordinator you will be the driving force behind ensuring our members are paid their royalties regularly. Working with the Distribution Business Manager you will produce and maintain annual distribution delivery plans, incorporating multiple payments to members throughout the year and to report against the plan highlighting key activities and deadlines, as well as areas of risk or resource contention.
This role isn’t for the faint hearted as you nestle yourself into the heart of the organisation bringing together multiple teams to meet key deadlines within each distribution delivery cycle. You will be expected to project manage each cycle, owning the process from start to finish coordinating people, systems, processes and data effectively to avoid scheduling clashes and to deliver on time.

- To be responsible for developing and coordinating annual distribution delivery plans
- Managing and reporting risks and issues
- Experience of coordinating projects with multiple elements
- Coordination of multiple resources - people and systems
- A fearless approach to communicating with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent influencing, facilitation, analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficiency with MS Project and MS Office
The Distribution Coordinator is a vital role within the Distribution team, you will own and front the delivery of the Distribution cycle.
