Person Specification
You will report to the Head of Education and have responsibility for managing all aspects of all FE Diploma Qualifications, to include course administration, review and delivery, and management of the course teaching team.
The role requires an inspirational course leader and teacher who can also bring a high level of music industry and academic experience and demonstrate an understanding of, and affinity with, the curriculum at BIMM Institute.
You may be expected to deliver an agreed number of course teaching hours. The role will include undertaking student tutorials, managing the assessment cycle (to include writing and/or IV of assessment briefs and decisions) responding to student feedback and chairing/attending appropriate course-related meetings. You will also have commitment to, and expectation of, the highest standards from the students for whom you are responsible.
