This position is an opportunity for the Personal Assistant to work alongside the President, founder of the Company. The role of Personal Assistant will require high levels of organization and flexibility, the ability to manage and prioritize an ever changing workload and a real focus on quality, attention to detail. This role requires the ability to work to deadlines and juggle multiple projects.

Mission

  • devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing;
  • arranging travel, accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the President to provide general assistance;
  • dealing with incoming email and post, often corresponding on behalf of the President;
  • organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
  • carrying out background research and presenting findings;
  • producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
  • organising and attending meetings and ensuring the President is well prepared for meetings;
  • carrying out specific projects and research;
  • support for marketing jobs (fill CRM);
  • responsibility for accounts and budgets;
  • liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff;
  • meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.

Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Minimum of five years of experience in office administration or project management
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Native English speaking - fluent French/ English translations
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent word processing and IT skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Experience dealing with VIPs
  • Discretion, proactivity & efficiency
