Copenhagen Records is hiring a passionate and highly motivated Product Manager, who wants to join an ambitious team dedicated to nurturing talent. Someone who strives to create those moments and memories for a new audience.
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing a number of Copenhagen Records’ artists, which requires an understanding of marketing and music in equal measure along with outstanding people skills. It will be your responsibility to realise and implement campaigns based around the most exiting ‘product’ on the planet; Music – made by our exceptionally talented artists.
- You will be responsible for marketing - including budgeting - on your own projects.
- You must devise the overall marketing strategy in collaboration with the artists, how to help communicate and capitalise on their creativity and manage the production of essential marketing tools, i.e. press photos, artwork, music videos, social media campaigns, etc. with our inhouse creative team.
- You will have a supporting role in developing talent and act as a central link between us, the artist, the booking agent and management.
- You will be responsible for developing campaigns and networking with digital music services.
- You will be expected to participate in musical direction of the artists' live activities.
- You will be expected to participate in the creation, development and execution of commercial partnerships.
- And you will be expected to take part in the continued creative development of Copenhagen Records as a modern music company.
Since Copenhagen Records does not only release music locally but also operates globally, you will be partially responsible for our artists and records being exploited around world. You will help nurture and optimise the relationship with our international partners. Travelling is to be expected as part of the job as most of Copenhagen Records’ releases target a global audience.
Previous experience:
You do not need a direct experience from the music industry to apply for the job. However, you do need a strong understanding of communication and marketing of music and popular culture.
You must have experience in marketing, communications and project management.

- priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Passionate about music and pop culture.
