We are looking for an enthusiastic and flexible Products and Services Administrator to join the Projects and Communication Team within the Products and Services department. You will contribute to a central support function which serves internal and external customers, facilitating expert contributors across the department in their achievement of projects, to achieve the delivery of a growing range of products and services, which includes qualifications and assessments, published resources and digital products. You will also respond to enquiries from the public and examiners about our syllabuses and exam requirements.

You will be educated to degree level, or equivalent, in Music (or a music-related subject) and will have proven administrative and communication skills as well as the ability to plan and organise your own work. You will work well within a team and must have experience of providing excellent customer service in person, or on the phone.
