Bucks Music Group has today (August 17) announced that it has signed rising Teeside-born singer/songwriter Tom Joshua to an exclusive worldwide publishing deal.
Joshua has already seen support from BBC 6 Music and Radio 2’s Jo Whiley and his debut single, Meteor Showers, has earned over a million streams on Spotify and featured on the platform’s New Music Friday playlist.
Speaking about the deal, Anthony Hippsley, A&R manager, Bucks Music Group, said: “We’ve been a following Tom since 2017 and are so pleased to now be working with him. He is a true talent and a brilliant songwriter who we look forward to working alongside for the next exciting part of his career.”
A Modern Way Management’s Michael Lambert added: “We're delighted to have Tom Joshua sign to Bucks. Their track record for helping develop a diverse range of songwriters is incredible, and we hope this is an important step in a long and successful career for Tom.”
