Top score: 'Gigantic leap' by UMPG into film soundtracks

Universal Music Publishing Group UK MD Mike McCormack has told Music Week that Oscar-nominated composer George Fenton’s signing signifies an expansion into movie scores and soundtracks.

Fenton, whose credits range from the BBC’s Planet Earth to Groundhog Day, has partnered with the publisher on a global admin agreement via his company, Shogun Music.
