Rare Prince videos released

The Prince estate have announced plans to release videos of the artist made between 1995-2010. The rare and unseen footage will be made available in weekly batches on his Youtube channel from this week until December 14 and will include CD-ROM only release Endorphinmachine, Dolphin and a VH1 performance of Rock And Roll Is Alive! (And It Lives In Minneapolis), which was released in direct response to Lenny Kravitz’s Rock And Roll Is Dead.

SBTV founder goes round the Benz

SBTV founder Jamal Edwards MBE has announced a new partnership with Mercedes-Benz's van division in the UK. Edwards will several as the first X-Class ambassador, the first arrangement of this kind for the car maker.

Canadian Musical Reproduction Rights Agency announce leadership transition 

Caroline Rioux is standing down as The Canadian Musical Reproduction Rights Agency’s president in 2019 but remaining with the company as a strategic adviser. The search for Rioux's successor, who she will be available to advise, is currently underway.

Royal Opera House sells label

The Naxos Music Group has acquired Opus Arte from the Royal Opera House. The deal for the DVD and Blu-Ray label includes a first option for Naxos to distribute and market new and upcoming audiovisual recordings of opera and ballet performances from the Royal Opera House. 

Pandora announces Warp-factor indie appointment 

Streaming service Pandora has appointed Christine Colbert as its senior manager of industry relations - indie. Colbert was previously at Warp Records, where she was the label's North American project and communications manager.
