The Vamps’ evolving audience has been credited with helping the band secure their first UK album chart-topper.
The Virgin EMI-signed quartet’s third album Night & Day dethroned Ed Sheeran’s ÷ to top Friday’s chart after sales of 29,342.
The feat comes hot on the heels of their best-selling single to date, All Night, which stalled at No.24 but has gone on to record combined sales of 481,846, according to the Official Charts Company.
