Senior Tour Co-ordinator / Booker
- Liaising with agent, management and, on occasions, record labels on touring periods and other live requirements
- Negotiate routing and arranging dates with promoters and venues
- Issuing show confirmations and contracts plus creating and updating artist touring schedules
- Artist asset management, tour announcement and on sale co-ordination
- Venue availability collection
- Producing Certificates of Sponsorship
- Creating commission invoices / deposit, settlement chasing and show insurance placement
- Compiling and sending out regular ticket figures to artist management
- Attend shows weekly (some evenings and weekends)
- Answering phones, passing on messages, screening incoming calls and managing high email volume efficiently
- High level of admin and show data inputting
Vital Skils / Attributes required
- A minimum of 3 years experience working for a live booking agency or promoter
- Hard working, positive attitude compatible with a fast-paced, high energy business
- Willingness to listen, learn quickly and finish tasks with speed and efficiency
- Self motivated, ability to work as a team but also individually and can work well under pressure
- Exceptional organisation and time management with an initiative-taking, problem solving attitude
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Highly proficient IT skills - (MAC / Excel / Word / Mail)
- Confidentiality and discretion at all times
- Good understanding of key social media platforms
