Architects, Black Sabbath and Enter Shikari were among the winners at the inaugural, public voted, Heavy Music Awards last night (August 24).
Brighton five-piece Architects scooped Best Album for All Our Gods Have Abandoned Us, while legendary metal band Black Sabbath landed Best UK band in the year they wrapped up their farewell tour. The event also saw live performances from Creeper, Venom Prison, Vukovi and Dead!.
A very special award, The H, was given in honour of late Kerrang! photographer Ashley Maile.
