When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? bounces 2-1 for Billie Eilish, although its sales are down for the third straight week, falling 20.55% to 15,134 units (including 11,131 from sales-equivalent streams). The last album to be No.1 on lower consumption was Ed Sheeran’s Divide, which topped the chart on sales of 13,975 copies 87 weeks ago, in August 2017.
