Brighton Music Conference is switching to a new venue for 2019, the British Airways i360 near the West Pier on Brighton seafront.
BMC19 runs from April 24-27 and will feature talks and panels, as well as workshops, panels and seminars.
There will also be a specialised ‘Demo Zone’ exhibition floor for the tech and services industry for DJs and music makers and a delegate Networking Hub in the exhibition centre’s beachfront bar and brassiere. The Toolroom Academy and Hospital Sonic Surgery will host production workshops. There will be networking events and club nights over four days.
To celebrate the move to the beachfront location, which houses the British Airways i360 Pod, the UK’s tallest, ascending observation tower, BMC is offering a ‘golden ticket’ to launch ticket sales for next year’s event, following its most successful year to date in 2018.
The 50 special launch tickets will include entry to an exclusive live panel and networking party 450 feet above Brighton in the i360 Pod observation tower with a secret special guest DJ. The special BMC Professional ticket also includes entry to the Professional Conference plus Academy Theatre 1 and 2, the Focusrite/Novation Theatre, all BMC evening networking events, Demo Zone including DJ and music tech and services, plus BMC Goodie Bag and BMC Event Guide. Academy two-day passes will also be on sale.
