Spotify has been hit with a second class action lawsuit in less than month.
The most recent, filed in Los Angeles on Friday, January 8, is being led by Melissa Ferrick, reports The Verge. a Massachusetts folk artist demanding $200 million in compensation from the streaming company for copyright infringement.
The lawsuit states that Spotify has undertaken "a now-familiar strategy for many digital music services - infringe now, apologise later".
