Rock is struggling to build on its recent streaming growth, according to research by Music Week.

Despite the impact on DSPs of bands such as Slipknot and catalogue acts including Queen, Linkin Park and Led Zeppelin, our survey of the performance of rock for the year to date shows the genre has not kept pace with the overall market.
