Rachel Prager-Riel began her career as an artist and songwriter, working with a host of acts including Wretch 32, Estelle, Madness, Matrix & Futurebound and more. She went on to work in roles at various labels including Atlantic and BMG. She now works as artist manager for Idris Elba and heads up his record label and publishing company 7Wallace, where she has managed campaigns featuring Q-Tip, Little Simz, Che Lingo, Cypress Hill, Chip and others.
