He’s made so many things happen that I didn’t think could even be possible
Jess Glynne

“He showed faith when no one else would, if he hadn’t done that I wouldn’t be where I am today.”
Mike Kerr, Royal Blood

Chris Martin, Coldplay
“He’s on the Mount Rushmore of music – but he’s everyone.”
James Blunt
“I once asked him what it felt like to know that he’d never be head of a record label… He’s a sexy motherfucker.”
Michael Bubé
“You are really, truly unbelievable with artists.”
Jess Glynne
“He’s made so many things happen that I didn’t think could even be possible.”
Charlie Puth
“You are awesome and you have some great ears and I love talking music with you every time I get to see you.”
Zane Lowe
“Max is a real music fan, we’ve always chopped it up and talked about records we love. In recent times, of course, we’ve talked about the changing shape of the music business because Max is right at the forefront of that. His love of music is matched only by his can-do spirit – the guy gets the job done. He entirely deserves this award – congratulations Max.”
