Glassnote Records UK has hired Lauren Fitzgerald to lead its digital marketing and streaming strategy across Europe.
The appointment was announced by UK MD Liz Goodwin. Based in Glassnote’s London office, Fitzgerald reports directly to Goodwin in her new role and is working closely with Glassnote’s head of digital, Stephanie Shim, on the label’s worldwide roster.
Most recently of Twitter UK, Fitzgerald has also worked at Columbia Records where she worked on notable marketing campaigns for George Ezra, Rag'N'Bone Man, Mark Ronson, First Aid Kit and Leon Bridges, among others.
Glassnote, which has signed artists such as Mumford & Sons, Givers, Phoenix and Little Green Cars in the US, opened its UK office back in 2013. The company was launched in the US by Daniel Glass (pictured) in 2007.
