Max Hole on his return to the music biz
After a lengthy absence from the biz due to a serious illness, former UMG International executive Max Hole has told Music Week that he is relishing the prospect of getting back into the more creative side of the industry.
Prior to contracting encephalitis a few years ago – a brain condition that has severely affected his long-term memory – Hole had been chairman and CEO of Universal Music Group International, which he joined in 1998.
