So Recordings signs Turbowolf

So Recordings has signed British rock band Turbowolf.

The Bristol-based group released their previous album, Two Hands, on Spinefarm in 2015.

So Recordings is part of the Silva Screen Music Group, which releases artists including Deaf Havana, Dinosaur Pile-Up, Fenech-Soler, Demob Happy and Broken Hands. The label is distributed by Republic of Music. 

Adam Greenup, general manager of So Recordings, said: “Turbowolf are incredible and we have coveted them for years. They are completely dedicated to the cause and the new album promises to be a game changer. Now they have joined the label we are keen to make it their long-term home. It's also great to be aligning with Craig Jennings and Don Jenkins and the team at Raw Power - it definitely feels like the perfect fit all round.”

Don Jenkins, from Raw Power Management, added: “Turbowolf have found a great home at So Recordings with a team who genuinely love the band. The levels of enthusiasm are brilliant and we are all are looking forward to the next chapter of the Turbowolf story.”

Turbowolf’s new single, The Free Life, is out on October 16. Their third album, also titled The Free Life, is scheduled for release in March 2018.
