CTS Eventim has pooled its live entertainment companies to form pan-European promoter network Eventim Live.
Eventim Live, which will be headquarted in London, comprises 26 promoters in which CTS holds a majority stake, including Hamburg and Stockholm-based FKP Scorpio, MLK, Peter Rieger Konzertagentur, Vaddi Concerts and Semmel Concerts in Germany, Finland's Fullsteam, Dutch dance promoter Alda, Doctor Music in Spain, Netherlands-based Friendly Fire and ACT Entertainment in Norway.
The new structure offers artists a "one-stop shop" for comprehensive live entertainment services and gives promoters access to a variety of services provided centrally by CTS, which runs venues such as London's Eventim Apollo, including in the areas of purchasing, marketing and sponsorship.
CTS Eventim CEO Klaus Peter Schulenberg, who will act as MD of Eventim Live alongside Dr Frithjof Pils, said: “Eventim Live offers artists of all genres the most convenient access to the largest possible audience in Europe. Anyone who plans their performances with one of our promoters gains access to a unique network that transcends national borders.

The firm's London office will serve as a central contact point for agents when planning European tours, as well as supporting promoters from the Eventim Live portfolio in their day-to-day and new customer activities. The promoters will retain their entrepreneurial independence.
