Gregory Porter has announced his return to the UK on a 12-date tour in April 2018.
The jazz and soul singer won Grammy Awards for Best Jazz Vocal Album in 2014 (Liquid Spirit) and 2017 (Take Me To The Alley). Take Me To The Alley (Decca) peaked at No.5 and has total sales of 130,430, according to Official Charts Company data. Liquid Spirit is certified platinum.
The 2018 tour is set to begin at the Birmingham Symphony Hall on April 5 and 6 and will visit Liverpool, Glasgow, Nottingham, Cardiff, Manchester, Leeds, Sheffield, and Bournemouth, before ending at the Royal Albert Hall in London on April 18 and 19.
Gregory Porter and his band will be accompanied by a full symphony orchestra for the London shows.
