Kraftwerk are to headline All Points East in 2020 – the 50th anniversary of their debut album.

The electronic music pioneers will play the festival in East London’s Victoria Park on May 29. It is billed as a UK exclusive by promoter AEG Presents.

The line-up for the day will also include Iggy Pop, Johnny Marr, The Orb, Chromatics, Anna Calvi, Kim Gordon, Grandmaster Flash, Jehnny Beth and John Maus, with more to be announced. 

The announcement follows the news that Tame Impala will headline All Points East on May 23.

The inaugural edition of All Points East in 2018 won the Festival Of The Year at the Music Week Awards.
