Live Nation-Gaiety Holdings (LN-Gaiety) has acquired a majority share in The Warehouse Project and the Parklife Festival.

LN-Gaiety is the UK music promotion joint venture between Live Nation and Gaiety Investments. The new agreement will allow events under The Warehouse Project brand and Parklife Festival to benefit from Live Nation’s leadership and the combination of both parties’ experience in the sector.
