National ticket agency The Ticket Factory has appointed a new groups sales manager to its Birmingham-based office. 

Daniel Handley (pictured, left), who has worked within the ticketing industry for 11 years, takes on the new role after being promoted from his position as client services account manager.  

Also joining the client services team to take the vacant account manager position is Rachel Floyd (pictured, right), who joins from another primary ticketing agency.
