Warehouse Project moves to Depot, unveils 2019 season

The Warehouse Project has announced its venue and featured artists for the 2019 season.

Following the departure from Store Street in Manchester, it will move to the city’s new 10,000-capacity Depot venue. Depot opens in August with a performance from Ariana Grande.

The Warehouse Project 2019 season runs from September 20 to November 29. Artists lined up so far include Skepta, Disclosure, Mura Musa, David Rodigan, Chase & Status, Flume and Aphex Twin, who plays the opening night.

Warehouse Project co-founder, Sam Kandel, said; “What's happening down at Mayfield with the launch of the Depot venue is a huge moment for the whole of Manchester. There are a huge number of people and various different institutions and networks working in true collaboration to make this a reality. We are so grateful that WHP can play its part. After nearly ten years of pushing and pulling to make this place base camp for WHP it’s finally happening. We can’t wait.”
