'We can reduce the cost of getting home': Dice partners with Kapten

Dice has announced details of a new partnership with taxi app Kapten.

The ticketing app has partnered with Kapten to offer users a code to redeem a £10 discount on their first Kapten ride. Dice’s head of brand partnerships Tristan Khan said the deal, which is designed to reduce costs for gig-goers, “makes total sense”.

“We get approached by a lot of brands, but many don’t make sense for our fans,” said Khan. “Dice gets you out, Kapten gets you home. Plus, the number one reason fans don’t go to a show that they’re interested in is cost. With this partnership we can help reduce the cost of getting home and get people out more.”

Mariusz Zabrocki, London general manager of Kapten, said: “We want Kapten to be the go-to ride-hailing app for savvy Londoners. Dice users are out in London all the time at gigs, clubs and festivals. When the house lights come up and they need to get home, we want to be front of mind.”

Dice’s previous brand collaborations include Adidas and Red Bull, while Kapten, which launched in Paris in 2012, recently partnered with Citymapper.
