AIM and WIN have called on all industry conferences to take the pledge of no more “manels” (all-male panels) and to prioritise greater diversity in their programming.

The appeal comes after a successful run of public speaking training workshops for women in music introduced by AIM and WIN earlier this year, which have hit a landmark of 100 attendees to date.
