B ritish music industry leaders have told Music Week that an uncertain future lies ahead for the biz, after last week’s General Election resulted in an unexpected hung parliament.

While the Conservatives gathered the most seats, they failed to secure enough MPs to gain a majority in the House Of Commons. As Music Week went to press on Friday, Prime Minister Theresa May was trying to form a minority Government with backing from the Democratic Unionist Party.
