The new edition of Music Week is out now.

On the cover, we have an exclusive chat with newly-appointed Decca president Rebecca Allen. Giving her first interview in the new position, Allen outlines her plans for the label to expand beyond recorded music.

This week’s Big Interview subject is MTV UK’s VP, programming, Kelly Bradshaw, who goes deep on the inner workings of the legendary entertainment giant.

Elsewhere, we speak to the team behind London Weekend Events about how they’ve revolutionised club culture in the capital, and interview Eastside Events’ Daryl Robinson on the importance of grass roots promoters.
