Following the announcement of the seventh annual AIM Awards, the organisation’s CEO Paul Pacifico has hailed the “unique dynamic” that exists in the independent sector.

“It serves many purposes to have a night where we come together and remind ourselves of what we have achieved. It’s an expression of power to the outside world,” he said. “Yes, everybody’s fiercely competitive but, You win doesn’t automatically mean, I lose. We celebrate each other’s successes together.”
