Warpaint, Torres, Kate Tempest, Minor Victories, Samaris and 40 more Icelandic acts have been added to the line-up for Iceland Airwaves 2016.
Since the first edition was held in 1999 in an old airplane hangar, Iceland Airwaves has become one of the premier annual showcases for new music – Icelandic and otherwise – in the world.
The full list of additions are below, joining an already impressive bill including PJ Harvey, Julia Holter and múm with Kronos Quartet.
The Reykjavík festival takes place from November 2-6 this year. 2015's event played host to John Grant, Father John Misty, Hot Chip, Skepta & JME, Reykjavíkurdætur, Ho99o9, LA Priest, Beach House, Sophie, Låpsley, Vagina Boys and many others.
