Former IFPI comms director, Adrian Strain, has formed his own company in the form of Adrian Strain Communications. And the firm has already been hired as an external consultant to global creators’ body CISAC.
Operating between London and Paris, where CISAC is based, Strain will work with the body’s director general Gadi Oron, providing communications strategy support across the organisation's work.
Strain said: "CISAC does fantastic work for its members, helping collect substantial revenues, promoting rights to policy makers, training collection bodies around the world and much more. The organisation works in a fast changing and highly complex world, and I'm thrilled to have the chance to bring in my communications consultancy to work alongside Gadi and the CISAC team."
Strain stepped down as Communications Director at IFPI last month after 21 years working for the organisation globally in London and Brussels.
