Kobalt has re-signed Grammy award-winning country songwriter Shane McAnally.
The worldwide agreement includes publishing administration for all of McAnally’s future works along with his back catalogue.
Kobalt has an existing partnership with McAnally’s publishing company, Smack Songs, which includes country songwriters such as Josh Osborne, Matt Ramsey, Walker Hayes, Matt McGinn and Ryan Beaver.
“Kobalt is such a valuable part of my team and I’m so grateful for the care and attention they give Smack Songs,” said McAnally. “I trust their expertise, appreciate their business model and just love their staff. I’m thrilled to be continuing our working relationship.”

McAnally has worked with artists including Kenny Chesney, Brandy Clark, Kacey Musgraves and Thomas Rhett.
