Martin Bandier hails 'new exciting era' for Sony/ATV
Sony/ATV chairman and CEO Martin Bandier described the deal that will see Sony acquire for $750 million full ownership of the music publishing company as "very positive news for Sony/ATV and everyone who works for the company”. He also hailed the agreement as the start of “an exciting new era” for the world’s largest music publisher in a memo to staff sent on March 16 and obtained by Music Week.
