Songtrust have made two appointments to its leadership team.
The Downtown-owned royalty collection service and publishing administration service has appointed Brad Yuan as global head of rights management operations and Noam Mantel as its head of product.
Yuan had previously worked at Beyond Oblivion and Yonder Music, while Mantel was working at start-up Weissbeerger before it was acquired by Anheuser-Busch Inbev earlier in 2018.
“At Songtrust we’re committed to building solutions for the music industry that solve the problems we’re facing today, and also what challenges we expect to meet in the future,” said Songtrust co-founder and general manager, Joe Conyers III.
“The addition of Brad and Noam to our leadership team signals our continued dedication to developing a world-class product.”
Songtrust says it doubled its client base in 2018, opened three new offices and added more than 50 people to the team.
In January, it also signed an agreement with pan-European licensing hub, ICE Services for a range of digital licensing and royalty processing services.
