Sony/ATV UK president and co-MD David Ventura has told Music Week that its expanded A&R team is crucial to talent discovery.
In their first interview since taking over from Guy Moot, Ventura and co-MD Tim Major have revealed a series of appointments across the market-leading publisher’s operations, including several A&R execs.
The most recent addition is Rich Castillo, who’s joined from Polydor as senior A&R director.
