'A new dynamism': PRS Foundation makes key appointments

PRS Foundation has made a series of key appointments.

Becci Scotcher has been named the organisation’s senior grants & programmes manager, while Alison Williams has joined as communications coordinator. Elizabeth Sills has been promoted to grants & programmes manager and Westley Holdsworth to grants coordinator.

Scotcher will lead the planning, management and evaluation of all PRS Foundation’s grants and programme activities. She is a music and arts industry professional with over 17 years’ experience.

Scotcher was a core member of the Womex 13 delivery partners Cerdd Cymru: Music Wales team, and has advised the likes of Jaak, Help Musicians UK, Association of Independent Music, Welsh Government and Arts Council of Wales. She previously held roles at Roadrunner Records, Welsh Music Foundation and Wales Arts International.

Williams has a background in film and venue management including Walthamstow Assembly Hall. She most recently worked on Borough of Culture for the London Borough of Waltham Forest.
