Arctic Monkeys have unveiled details of their hotly-anticipated sixth album, Tranquility Base Hotel & Casino.
Their sixth studio album, the first since 2013’s widely successful AM (1,078,787 UK sales - Official Charts), will be released on Friday, May 11. Produced by James Ford and frontman Alex Turner, the LP was recorded in Los Angeles, Paris and London.
Out via Domino, Tranquility is said to explore another new musical terrain, “reflecting Turner’s ever more comprehensive creative vision”.
The band will also be headlining shows and festivals all over the world from May to August, with a July date at Glasgow's TRNSMT their only confirmed UK performance so far.
