BMG has announced a partnership with urban music collective Commission Music that will see it release new music from a raft of artists including Lil Dicky, MadeinTYO, 24HRS and DJ Envy.
The first release under the new agreement, MadeinTYO’s Skateboard P (feat. Big Sean), is available now via BMG. Platinum selling artist and producer MadeinTYO (Malcolm Jamaal Davis) found success and acclaim following the release of last year’s Uber Everywhere. His debut mixtape You Are Forgiven sold over 1.5million downloads and earnt him a spot on new for 2016 lists from Billboard and Spotify. Skateboard P (feat. Big Sean) has already had over 40m streams.
Since the company was founded in 2015 by artist managers Anthony Martini and Doug Neumann, Commission Music artists have amassed over 1bn streams, more than 500m video views and 2m digital downloads.
