Bros are reuniting for a show at London’s The O2 on August 19, 2017.
It will be Matt and Luke Goss' first concert together since playing to 77,000 fans at Wembley Stadium on August 19, 1989. Their reunion was confirmed at a press conference at the Ham Yard Hotel in central London.
“The most memorable moments for me in Bros so far is Wembley Stadium and without question our final global tour,” said Matt, who began his solo career in 1995 and has gone on to sell more than 5 million albums, played a Las Vegas residency at Caesar’s Palace and headlined The SSE Arena, Wembley, last weekend.
Luke, who has embarked on a successful acting career, appearing in films such as Hellboy 2 and Blade 2, added: "Bros has been part of my life for 30 years. I’m deeply proud of it."
Tickets for the Live Nation-promoted gig go on general sale at 11am on October 7.
Propelled by their smash hit When Will I Be Famous, Bros played 19 shows at Wembley Arena from 1987-92 and were the youngest band to ever headline Wembley Stadium. Their debut album Push was certified 7x platinum and topped the charts in 20 countries.
The twin brothers remain friendly with former RCA MD Craig Logan, who left the band in 1989. Logan now runs international artist management company Logan Media Entertainment, home to acts such as Anastacia, Dido, Cher Lloyd and Aston Merrygold.
