"Her talent shines even brighter today": Katherine Jenkins re-signs to Decca

Ahead of her highly-anticipated performance at the Classic BRITs, Katherine Jenkins has confirmed she has re-signed to Decca Records – the record label that released her first ever album after she graduated from the Royal Academy Of Music. Jenkins and Decca have worked together on numerous chart-topping studio albums.

Speaking about Jenkins re-signing, Rebecca Allen, president of Decca Records said: "We are thrilled to have Katherine Jenkins re-sign to Decca Records, her musical home. Katherine's unique talent shone through the first time we met her, and shines even brighter today."

Jenkins added: "It’s always a thrill to be working on new music, especially with a team I know and love so well and have been with working since the very start of my career. It’s also exciting to be entering the studio at such a special time in my life, with so much love in my heart for our new addition Xander who will be coming along to inspire me!"

Last year, Jenkins was crowned the No.1 selling Classical Music Artist of the Last 25 Years by Classic FM, and made chart history when her last album, Celebration became her 12th UK Classical No.1 album in 12 years.
