Absolute Rights Management has made a number of high-profile additions to its roster, including Jack Savoretti.
Run by head of global copyright and collections Gina Deacon, the independent neighbouring rights company is a JV between Absolute Label Services and Bucks Music Group.
Savoretti earned his first No.1 on the UK’s Official Albums Chart with his fourth studio album, Singing To Strangers (78,906 sales, OCC), released via BMG in March. The record is Savoretti’s third Top 10 album, with 2015’s Written In Scars (186,428 sales) peaking at No.7 and Sleep No More (122,720 sales) reaching No.6.
Savoretti’s addition to the ARM roster follows a number of other significant signings for the company, including UK grime and rap producers HeavyTrackerz, songwriter and producer Brian Rawling, The Puppini Sisters’ Marcella Puppini, Fairground Attraction’s Mark Nevin, BAFTA-nominated TV and film composer Sheridan Tongue; musician, composer and performer Warren Bennett; and DJ and producer Calibre.
We make sure all our clients are connected with the royalties that are rightfully theirs

Deacon said: “To have such a long list of great talent trust us with this part of their business so early after the formation of Absolute Rights Management is really pleasing and tells us we’re doing something right.
"We make sure all of our clients are connected with the royalties that are rightfully theirs. It takes a great deal of time and expertise, but neighbouring rights revenue is becoming an increasingly important part of artists’ income, so our work is incredibly worthwhile.”
