Music Week Women in Music Roll of Honour revealed

Music Week is delighted to reveal the 2016 Women in Music Roll of Honour.

Now in its third year, the annual Music Week Women in Music event will be hosted by BBC Radio 1’s Alice Levine on Friday, November 11 at the Royal Garden Hotel, Kensington.

The event has gone from strength to strength since launching in 2014, with UK Music, AIM and Music Week working closely to celebrate the most important and influential women from all sectors of the music industry.

Now, we can confirm the 12 new names that will be added to the Music Week Women in Music Roll Of Honour, which now comprises 40-plus influential and inspirational women from across the music industry.

Among the 12 new additions is a posthumous induction for Fiona Haycock who sadly passed away earlier this year. Haycock was a much loved and respected figure across the industry, serving most recently in the role of executive producer at the Music Industry Trusts Award.
