The European Border Breakers chart has rebranded as the Music Moves Europe Talent chart, with is first list of 2019 published today.
In line with the spate of new music tips lists, emerging acts make a big impact on the chart, with Jade Bird and Rosalía both in the Top 5.
The Spanish singer and producer is at No.5 and No.17 with Malamente and Pienso En Tu Mira respectively. The latter is a new entry. Jade Bird chats at No.3 with Love Has All Been Done Before.
Elsewhere, Silk City and Dua Lipa are at No.1 with Electricity, James Hype’s More Than Friends is at No.2 and Los Unidades are at No.4 with E-Lo.
Lewis Capaldi enters at No. 8 with Someone You Loved, Au/Ra is in at No.10 with Panic Room, Louis Tomlinson and Bebe Rexha enter at No.14 with Back To You, Alice Merton debuts at No.18 with Learn To Live and Frans hits No.20 with If I Were Sorry.
The week’s biggest mover is Merton’s No Roots, which drops 15-10.
