It’s hard to call 99.9% a genre really; tunes jump from Flying Lotus-esque future gazing dance R&B to chill-out soul and funk.
Dre’s signing Anderson Paak provides some hip-hop chops on Glowed Up over a beat you wouldn’t hear him spit on anywhere else and Katraynada nods to Swedish indie collaborating Little Dragon onto the final track Bullets.
As a serious lover of garage and pop though I’ll support Craig David in anything he does, but his hook on Got it
Good is his coolest move ever making it the stand out track on a an album full of bangers for me.
What an exciting start!
