Deezer has launched a podcast series featuring Gorillaz drummer Russel Hobbs. Two episodes of Things I Like will launch at midnight (May 2).
The podcast will see Hobbs joined by artists including: Jehnny Beth of Savages, De La Soul’s Pos and Little Simz.
Things I Like is a collaboration between Gorillaz, Deezer Originals and audio producer David Waters. It will be available across all podcast platforms and via the Gorillaz app.
"Things I Like is a chance to hear the Humanz behind the voices, the shadows behind the thoughts on the record,” said Hobbs. “I wanted to connect the dots, to shine a light into those shadows, but also to have dinner with my favorite people. Coz I love eating and people… in that order."
Deezer recently launched podcast series celebrating legends in dance music and jazz labels.
