Live Nation is to take over ownership of French promoter Nous Productions from Warner Music France.
According to IQ, Nous, founded in 2006, will become part of Live Nation France on October 1.
“Warner Music France will concentrate on developing its concert business via its subsidiary Décibels Productions, specialising in the production of local artists,” said Warner in a statement.
Nous, which has upcoming concerts by acts such as Pixies, Chance The Rapper and Killing Joke, promoted the fateful Eagles Of Death Metal show at the Bataclan in Paris that was targeted by terrorists on November 13 last year.
