Save the date: Music Week Women In Music Awards returns for 2019

The date has been confirmed for the 2019 edition of Music Week Women In Music Awards

Music Week can announce that the daytime ceremony will take place on Friday, November 8 at The Brewery, near the Barbican, the event’s regular home.

Staged in association with UK Music and AIM, Women In Music celebrates the achievements of female executives and artists. There will also be a dozen names added to the prestigious Roll Of Honour.

Last year’s event attracted a host of top execs and artists, including Universal Music UK CEO/chairman David Joseph, Jess Glynne and Nadine Shah.

Winners included former MPA CEO Jane Dyball (Outstanding Contribution), Rolling Stones manager Joyce Smith (Businesswoman Of The Year), Skin (Inspirational Artist) and YouTube global head of music programming, Helen Marquis (International Woman Of The Year).
